So many special moments are shared between you and your baby or young child as they grow and develop. And they really do have a tangible benefit - setting up a positive developmental trajectory for your little one.
The best growth & development for babies happens within families - that's why I focus on meeting your specific information needs.
Through my individualised education sessions for parents with newborns, and formal developmental assessments for 1 - 3 .5 year olds, I help you to understand and support your baby or young child's early development, to enable them to thrive.
I'm a Paediatric trained Neonatal Nurse Consultant, registered with AHPRA; accredited Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (Bayley-4) assessor; certified Newborn Behaviour Observation (NBO) clinician; Family and Infant Neurodevelopmental Education (FINE 1) qualified; published researcher; longstanding member of the Australian College of Neonatal Nurses (ACNN); and Mum to two young adults.
As a health professional, I provide high quality care that is evidence-based, individualised, and family-centred.
My extensive clinical experience is built on 25 years of caring for families with term and preterm babies, and children, in Melbourne, London and Adelaide; including over a decade in the Women's and Children's Hospital Neonatal Growth and Development Program.
With this experience, I have created Moments to Milestones. I am here to provide you with tailored support and guidance to better understand your new baby's body language, and to assess your young child's progress towards attaining age-appropriate developmental milestones.

Meg provided us with a tactile pathway to understanding our baby daughter's behaviour, developmental and emotional wellbeing. We personally found the techniques and skills she taught us assisted and ultimately improved the way in which we were able to understand, interact and bond with our new baby.

Thanks Meg! We have learnt a lot and feel much more comfortable with our baby now.

We so appreciate all the support and knowledge that we got from Meg, who gave us great help when we were kind of totally lost. Meg explained Rachel's expression and movements to us so we could start to understand her. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

The individual sessions with Meg were a privilege. They were certainly a positive highlight as they were focused solely on the remarkable abilities and skills that my baby already showed. Meg generously shared her depth of knowledge with me. I was happily surprised to learn how much my new baby was already communicating through reflexes, movements, cries, responses to my touch etc. Meg highlighted these skills in a manner that was gentle and encouraging and made me feel excited by my daughter's development. Being home now, I am continuing to apply what I learnt about my baby's behaviours and am pleased that I can respond in a way that I confidently feel is helpful for my baby.
